Reach for the Top Therapy Services is seeking an experienced Billing and Coding specialist for 2 months as we transition between EMR / Billing Software changes. Our fast paced busy pediatric outpatient rehabilitation program provides close to 400 services each week. Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech /Language Pathologists provide comprehensive services for children birth through adolescents and provide support to their families. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for obtaining prior authorizations, billing using ClinicSource EMR / Billing program, scheduling, appeals and communication with our claims clearing house Office Ally. At least 2 years of experience required. Must be a quick learner, flexible and skilled with medical software.

Part time / Full-Time

Pediatric speech language pathologist with a minimum of 2 years pediatric experience to provide speech services in the context of preschools, Head Start, child care programs and community based settings for children 3 to 6 years old. All children have IEP’s and are in programs throughout York County, Maine. Travel is required however you will be reimbursed for mileage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to evaluations, direct services, consultation to parents and staff, development of IEP’s, and attendance at meetings. Documentation is web based and must be completed the week service is provided. Training is available. In addition, if you are motivated to obtain your SLP license in NH, Reach for the Top Therapy Clinic has hours available in our outpatient pediatric rehabilitation clinic. Reach is a large outpatient pediatric clinic serving over 350 children a week and providing support to their families. Our 25 OT, PT, SLP, PTA and support staff have a strong family centered philosophy and enjoy working as a team with the many children who receive multiple discipline services. It is also a very fun place to work.
