Meet The Administration Team
Patti Rawding-Anderson, MS. PT
Patti is a physical therapist of over 30 years with extensive experience in pediatric program development throughout many states. She has worked tirelessly to support the needs of children and families in a wide array of venues and has created over 60 pediatric programs for children of all abilities and all ages. She has considerable expertise in working with infants and young children and has taught extensively on many topics related to children with developmental challenges. She has worked with a wide array of neurological, orthopedic, and sensory challenges, and partners with specialists in the field to host both equipment and orthotics clinics on site.
Director of Administration & Human Resources
Hannah comes to Reach with several years of experience with billing and coding in the pediatric rehab field. Hannah is often one of the first contacts people talk to when they are interested in services. She provides immense support to families, so they understand their insurance benefits and what is covered and not. She strives to make sure all our family’s needs and requests are met. Additionally, she is the first person all staff go to with any questions or concerns. Hannah loves the HR field that she enrolled in a certificate program in Human Resources to ensure that Reach is the best place to work for years to come. She has taken the incentive to ensure Reach remains compliant with all business and clinic requirements. Hannah in her free time loves to go to camp with her family, craft, kayak and work in her garden.
Physical Therapy Assistant / Admin
Claire graduated from the University of Maine at Presque Isle with her Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015. Claire comes to us with experience in Pediatrics and loves the pediatric field. Claire’s bubbly and outgoing personality brings out the best in her patients. She is always laughing and making her sessions fun with the kids. In addition to being a PTA Claire is also our Office Manager. She is usually the first person you talk to when you call the clinic. She makes sure that everything is in place before you come in for your visits so it’s a smooth process. Claire enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Heather works per diem for Reach for the Top Therapy Services as a marketing specialist. She provides consistent support with our social media platforms, monthly newsletters, fundraising and communication needs. She has extensive knowledge and personal experience with navigating the different systems of support including medical, special education and community resources. Heather and her family started a program called Lucas’ Helping Hands that works closely with Reach for the Top Therapy Services and provides educational and financial support to families raising a child with a special health care need or disability.
Rehab Aide / B.S. in Public Health
Abbie received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and will be attending graduate school for Occupational Therapy. In the past year, she has worked at an Autism Center for young children, and at a Neurorehabilitation Unit for adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries. She is interested in all types of therapy, mainly Animal Assisted Therapy, Hippotherapy, and Adaptive Sports! She started at Reach for the Top in August of 2019, and loves working with such a nice and welcoming group of people. She also loves how supportive they are for her future as an OT! Abbie enjoys spending time with her family, running and being outside with her dog, and watching the Patriots games.
